Also in 2025 there will again be the opportunity to take part in a very special church music project in Venice. Singers from all over Europe will sing Mozart's mass in G major KV 140 for choir, soloists and orchestra in the church of Santa Maria del Rosario ('Gesuati') on 31st May 2025.

After registration you will receive the sheet music and audio files to pre-rehearse the mass. This is essential and a pre-requisite to participation.

In Venice the choir rehearsals will start in the afternoon on Friday, 30th May. The dress rehearsal with the soloists and the orchestra will take place on Saturday afternoon and at 18:30 pm the mass will be perfomed.

Participation options

  • As single singers: Price: 150€ (excl. accommodation/catering), 100€ for students up to 26, for young people under 18 only the donation contribution of 10€
  • As a choir group of 8 people or more: 100€/person (excl. accommodation/catering)

10€ from each registration will be donated to a social project of the Gesuati parish

  • as ‘choir in residence’:

The ‘choir in residence’ has the opportunity to perform their own pieces of choice at the mass in Venice. There are special financial conditions. This opportunity is only available to one choir. If you are interested, please send an email to hannesfromhund@gmail.com

International concerts as a soloist and in ensembles. In recent years working as a voice technician in many cities of Austria and Germany (Vienna, Graz, Munich, Stuttgart, Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg and many more)
